History
We have been serving Evanston and surrounding communities since 1967. Our company was founded by J. P. Schermerhorn who still serves as Chairman today. We are committed serving the North Side of Chicago, the North and Northwest Suburbs. We live in the communities we serve and look forward to continuing our commitment to the Real Estate Industry for many years to come.

Agents
We have six property management agents in our office. Each manager focuses on individual property types in order to provide our clients and customers with knowledge and professionalism. Our managers have over 100 years of experience between them. We are all committed to the Management and Sale of Real Estate.

Office and Staff
Our office is fully equipped with an integrated network of computer and communication systems. We have full access to all the Residential and Commercial Property Listing Services, the Public Record Searches, and other tools and services that our agents need in order to better serve you.

Our administrative staff provide the support necessary to allow our managers to focus on your needs. They are the backbone to the personal approach we use in our business. When you call, you will speak to our staff immediately. Your call will be answered personally and you will be directed to the appropriate manager or staff member without having to push buttons in an impersonal phone menu.
